Transformative Change Partners LLC, is a consulting company that aims to build agency (courage+power) in community. We aim to redesign our current systems and activate leaders towards change, all while centering in our collective purpose. Santiago Nariño

Founding Partner

Santiago Nariño is a community organizer, concept visualizer, leadership and life coach and political strategist, whose work has focused on bringing relationship-centered organizing models to the creation of movements and campaigns. He serves as a relational and strategy coach for teams to build equity centered multi-disciplinary teams that deliver results in improvement intiatives. Santi has experience with large scale public and private improvement collaboratives in Latin America in health and healthcare, political campaigns in Massachusetts, advocacy campaigns across the U.S and building and coaching organizations on anti-racism in non-profits, campaigns and organizations.

Luisa Peña Lyons

Founding Partner

Luisa Peña Lyons is a leadership coach, political advisor, and experience designer. Her expertise is in the fields of civic engagement, philanthropy and entrepreneurship. She serves as a leadership coach for leaders of color, those of lower income/working class backgrounds, and others not often represented in positions of power but with proximity to some of today’s most pressing issues. She is also passionate about designing and facilitating equity-focused, transformational experiences for groups. Her practice is focused on the liberatory consciousness model and on effective, relational change management skill development.
